To be sure the best way to handle customer support requests is to not have any. By doing our job right from the start we’re able to keep service and support requests to a minimum. You’re a key part of a strategy we describe as “User Designed” or “Smart Software” that dramatically reduces training and service costs.
You'll have access to phone and email support with with what is typically a same day response. And we offer after hour and holiday email/voice mail (?) initiated emergency support that triggers our within the hour response.
