The BizStream Court Manager

CourtStream includes all the features offered in the basic BizStream Portal, but adds an additional set of features which give Case Managers, Judges, Detention Staff, Law Enforcement, Service Providers, Administrators, and Clerical Staff a set of web based tools that can revolutionize case flow and case management. All of this brought to you in a single, easy-to-use interface accessible from anywhere with an Internet connection.

Speed Up Communication

Daily notes, surveillance notes, group notes, etc. allow a caseworker to alert selected parties involved with the case of new information. All information is laid out on one page that's easy to read, search, and edit. For example notes can include: A client tests positive for a drug screen when being admitted into detention, a subject does not show up for an appointment, or something the probation officer should address on their next visit. All of this information is available at a glance to everyone inquiring about a particular case, giving them quick access to valuable information to make decisions.

There is no longer a need for caseworkers to spend time calling detention, therapists, caseworkers, or other service providers who are on the system. CourtStream helps centralize information and data on each subject which ultimately enhances services through improved communication.

Get On-Demand Reports

Need to generate reports for your program evaluations or funding sources? Reports take mere seconds to generate, as opposed to older methods which may take hours or days. All information needed to prepare a report is in the system and is only a few clicks away from being accessed. CourtStream comes with many pre-made reports, but users can also easily tailor their own custom reports on the fly to fit their own unique job requirements. Because the system is web-based, the report can be printed to any printer connected to the computer, allowing a caseworker to work from any location.

Access Historical Data

Court orders, detention information, offense history, case management history, and calendars are all maintained in CourtStream, allowing a caseworker to easily refer back to them at any time. Having everything related to a specific case in one place saves countless hours tracking down information. It will greatly improve efficiency, allowing caseworkers to concentrate on their job, not managing information.
