The ideal candidate is able to do the following:
Architect solutions for features, either to be developed by themselves or a junior developer.
Sees the big picture of the project and can determine how the different features and aspects of the project work together to form a whole.
Provide accurate project estimates for their work.
Acts as Project Lead on one or more projects.
Can lead client facing meetings.
Evaluates new technologies to determine if they should be implemented on projects.
Leads implementation of new technologies.
Determines best practices for development and enforces those standards on projects.
Mentor junior developers.
Can, when required, perform miracles--knocking out a rush project, fixing an “impossible” bug, or building a feature others deemed impossible.
Familiarity with CMS Development.
Familiarity with VSCode.
Knowledge of Design and Development Standard Architecture.
Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall Methods.
Know when to break the rules.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- C#, MVC, WebApi
- MS SQL
- Familiar with Dependency Injection Design Pattern
- Familiarity with a UI framework such as React, Vue.js, Angular, jQuery
- IIS / Azure Cloud / AWS Cloud
- Azure DevOps
- Visual Studio Tooling
- Supporting ASP.NET WebForms
- Kentico Experience
