Quality Assurance Specialist

BizStream is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate should possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and a strong dedication to delivering high-quality results across multiple projects based on their respective requirements.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule, where you’ll be working in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities

Establishing effective communication within a fast-paced team environment
Consistently performing tasks from project to project
Ensuring that the user experience meets client expectations
Documenting testing procedures
Providing constructive feedback to developers to enhance project outcomes via bug reports
Interacting with clients during meetings and day-to-day work as necessary
Coordinating the test plan for the project
Providing internal quality reviews to the team

Core Skills

Familiarity with the web development process
Ability to view tasks from a big-picture perspective and understand how they fit into overall project goals
Experience in user acceptance testing and regression UI testing
Proficiency in reading and deciphering HTML/CSS
Demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
Experience with the agile process and familiarity with Jira

Bonus Skills

Experience with scripting for Automated Testing
Experience in exploratory testing
