Courtney Klawieter and Tyler Stirtz, both Developers at BizStream, just passed the Xperience by Kentico Certified Developer exam. This is Courtney’s first Xperience by Kentico certification, and Tyler renewed his to stay current with the latest platform version.
BizStream has been a Kentico Gold Partner since 2010, and in more than 15 years with the platform, we’ve learned that deep expertise doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from people who take the time to learn the product inside and out, then put that knowledge to work for our clients. Courtney and Tyler do exactly that, and we couldn’t be prouder of them.
A lot of our clients are moving from Kentico 13 to Xperience by Kentico right now, and I want them to feel confident about that move. Getting certified means I know the platform well enough to build things the right way the first time, so their teams get a site thatās easy to edit and wonāt fight them later.
Courtney Klawieter, BizStream
The Xperience by Kentico Certified Developer exam is designed to separate developers who are familiar with the platform from those who are truly proficient in it. The exam is 50 multiple-choice questions, and candidates need a score of at least 70% to pass.
It tests whether a developer can design, develop, deploy, and maintain a website built on Xperience by Kentico, which runs on modern .NET and React. That means it rewards hands-on experience, not memorization. Kentico also updates the question bank as the platform evolves, so the certification reflects current features and recommended practices. Certifications expire after two years, so staying certified means passing the exam again.
We’ve already helped many of our clients upgrade to Xperience by Kentico, and more are planning their move as Kentico Xperience 13 approaches the end of support. Migrations go more smoothly when the people building your site know the platform well.
Certified developers bring that confidence to the work. They understand how Xperience by Kentico is meant to be used, which helps us build sites that are easier for your team to manage and simpler to maintain over time. It also means fewer surprises during development and a better foundation for whatever comes next.
Xperience by Kentico offers a lot to our clients, and the developer certification helps me build sites that make full use of all the features. Staying current means I can recommend the right solution, whether thatās a built-in feature or a well-designed extension.
Tyler Stirtz, BizStream
Courtney has been a Developer at BizStream since 2022. This is her second Kentico developer certification. She earned her first on Kentico Xperience 13 in 2023.
Tyler has been a Developer at BizStream for nearly eight years. He earned his first Kentico developer certification on Kentico 12 in 2019 and was first certified on Xperience by Kentico in 2024. This renewal keeps his certification current.
Please join us in congratulating Courtney and Tyler on this accomplishment. Investing in our team’s growth is one of the best ways we can serve our clients well, and moments like this are a good reminder of why we do it.
If you’re thinking about a move to Xperience by Kentico or want a team that knows the platform to help with your current site, we’d love to talk.
