Alex has always been rooted in customer service. Growing up in her mother’s small business, and later becoming a small business owner herself, she developed a natural passion for helping people get the most out of the products and services they rely on.

She has supported clients across the veterinary field, financial sector, and a range of retail environments. Her approach is grounded in empathy, with a focus on making each interaction positive and approachable for those who need a helping hand.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys creating art inspired by her favorite pop culture icons, often reimagining them as Tarot cards. She is also a fan of the band Yes and never misses a chance to rewatch Star Trek.
