Founded in 1961, Coulee Bank is a full-service, community-focused financial institution headquartered in La Crosse, Wisconsin. With multiple branches across Wisconsin and Minnesota, Coulee Bank is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses reach their financial goals through personalized banking and digital services.
Coulee Bank engaged BizStream to build and deliver a new website within the Xperience by Kentico (SaaS) platform. BizStream provided consulting, development, migration, and training services to ensure a smooth transition from their legacy Kentico instance.
The project focused on improving Coulee Bank’s content management experience, increasing performance, and modernizing their digital foundation, without exceeding their budget.
BizStream’s goal was to create a flexible, future-ready website that empowered Coulee Bank’s marketing team to make updates quickly and efficiently, while maintaining the reliability and compliance standards required for a financial institution.
The move to Xperience by Kentico gave Coulee Bank a faster, easier-to-manage website and empowered their content team to work more efficiently than ever before. Editing and publishing are now streamlined, with pages loading noticeably faster and requiring fewer steps to build. The new SaaS platform also simplified deployments and eliminated time spent on manual updates or server maintenance—allowing the team to focus more on content and customer experience.
This project has been a true team effort, and I’m really happy with how everything has come together. The work has stayed on schedule and on budget, and the team has done an excellent job adapting to anything that’s come up along the way. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the results.
